Yes! GringoArte offers FREE standard shipping within the United States on all merchandise. No minimum purchase is required.

Where are GringoArte products made and shipped?

GringoArte merchandise is produced by Printify’s U.S.-based production providers and ships from the United States. Products are made to order and feature GringoArte’s Aztec-inspired AI Art.

How long does it take to receive my order?

GringoArte products are made to order, so production time is required before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. You will receive shipping information when your order is ready and tracking information when available.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. When tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information after your product has been produced and shipped.

Can I request a personalized design?

Yes! GringoArte offers FREE personalization on all merchandise. You can request your name, text, or other available personalization details at no additional charge. Please double-check all names, spelling, and personalization details before placing your order.

What types of products does GringoArte offer?

GringoArte offers Aztec-inspired AI Art on a growing selection of products, including phone cases, round vinyl stickers, tote bags, mugs, and canvas wall art. Our designs include Aztec Sports and other Aztec-inspired themes. Product availability may change as new designs and products are added.

What is GringoArte AI Art?

GringoArte uses AI technology as part of the creative process to develop our Aztec-inspired artwork and designs. We use AI as a creative tool to bring our ideas, concepts, styles, and modern Aztec themes to life for GringoArte products.

Is GringoArte affiliated with San Diego State University (SDSU)?

No. GringoArte is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by San Diego State University (SDSU). Our Aztec-inspired AI Art and products are created and sold independently by GringoArte.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact GringoArte as soon as possible. Include your order information and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.

Can I return or exchange a personalized product?

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, returns or exchanges may be limited. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details before ordering. If your personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.

Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?

Because GringoArte products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Do you ship outside the United States?

GringoArte currently focuses on shipping within the United States. Please check individual product pages and checkout for current shipping availability.

Are the colors on my product exactly the same as what I see on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer, phone, or tablet because screens display colors differently. Small variations may also occur during the printing process.
